Tipsy Maudlin was born Irma Potts, in Normal, AR, years ago.  She started her career as the Normal night train switch operator and coffee shop manger for the defunct Arkansas Traveler line.  She won "Miss Train Station" and a free pass anywhere in AR- all the way to Little Rock she went, changing her name to "Judy Bender." While working at a drug store she won "Miss Mesh Panty" and another free ticket  to Paradise, or at least to Las Vegas, where she became the manager for the Elvis Wedding Chapel.  She was discovered by Debbie Reynolds as the perfect hair stylist and now is the "Toupee Queen" in Branson, MO, with her last name change attributed to a brief, but dazzling attempt at modeling stilettos.

Tipsy measures 51" tall.  She is designed with all new hip fabrics.
